    Beryimar Perozo Trejo “Ms. B”, MS, CAS, Santa Fe Counseling Owner/CEO

    Ms. B founded Santa Fe Counseling, LLC in April of 2021. Santa Fe Counseling is a bi- cultural and bilingual agency providing Specific Offense Treatment, Domestic Violence Services and Substance Abuse Programs to adults in the Criminal Justice System in need of legal/court ordered support treatment and rehabilitation opportunities with a focus on community safety. Ms. B readily brought to Santa Fe Counseling a variety of experience in the co-occurring field including addiction group therapy, Individual counseling, family intervention and case management. Ms. B. is a Full Operating Level (FOL) Provider by the Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB) and an Associate Level Approved Provider by the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB). Additionally, Ms. B is a trained bilingual Medical Interpreter, an Addiction Counselor, a former Teacher (Elementary & High School) and a College Instructor. Ms. B’s most used therapeutic approach to counseling includes the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Motivational Interviewing (MI) and the Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) with a focus on helping clients understand, accept and create their own recovery pathway to life success. Ms. B was born and raised in Venezuela. She lived in Europe (Germany & Switzerland) for 10 years and has lived in the USA since 2007. Ms. B is a proud mother of two young adult men, she enjoys reading, riding her bike, and spending good quality time with her loved ones during her spare time.

    Brandon Roth
    SOMB Clinical Supervisor

    Brandon has been a therapist since 2018 and became a licensed professional counselor in April of 2022. He holds a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in sex therapy. Brandon is an adult clinical supervisor with the sex offender management board and is EMDR trained. He has 6 years of experience working with individuals convicted of sex offenses and has worked with probation, parole, and human services throughout the state of Colorado.

    In his spare time, he enjoys guitars, running, his pug Lord Plungey, and spending time with his wife, stepkids, and grandchildren. Brandon is co-owner of a private practice in Colorado and looks forward to working with Ms. B and Santa Fe Counseling again.

    Nataly Trejo has been in the accounting world since 2015. She brings strengths to Santa Fe Counseling in the planification and organization areas. Nataly works well along as well as in teamwork. She is bilingual (Spanish and English). In her spare time, Nataly enjoys cooking, reading self-development books and spending good quality time with her family.

    Charlene M Raby “Char” is a Certified Addiction Specialist (6273) with a Master’s in Criminal Justice and Administration. She has 25 plus years experience in the Substance Abuse Field. She is certified in DUI,SSIC, Relapse Prevention. She speaks English and French. Her approach to counseling includes Motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She focuses on client’s needs and strengths.

    Angie Calderon is a Colombian Doctor with 5 years of experience in general medicine, Airway Management, Traumatology, Comprehensive Care for Patients with Mental Illness, Relapse Prevention in Patients with Substance Abuse who graduated from the Universidad Sur Colombiana in 2018. Angie Calderon leads with compassion, professionalism and confidence in her actions.

    Honesty, respect, responsibility and professional ethics are values that make Angie Calderon a person with clear objectives, always taking a positive attitude towards life and seeking fulfillment as an integrated and useful person to society.

    In 2021, Angie Calderon created the non-profit ‘VOLUNTARIOS DE CORAZON’ Foundation, where the primary objectives are to promote equal opportunities, encourage education and skills training, and provide mental health for children and vulnerable populations in her country.

    Angie Calderon feels happy, proud and grateful to belong to such a prestigious agency, Santa Fe Counseling, since August of 2024.

    Angie Calderon enjoys traveling, learning new skills, reading and cooking in her spare time.

    l am Steve, I have been professionally working with adults, families, and communities who have been affected by sexual violence in both Colorado and Alaska for over twenty-five years.

    My interest in this topic began many years ago as I learned how damaging sexual violence can be to individual, family, and community health.

    I returned to cottage to complete my graduate degree and, over the years, obtained Clinical Licensure in Alaska and Colorado.

    I am credentialed as a Supervisor, Full Provider and Evaluator by the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB). l am contracting with Santa Fe Counseling to provide Psychosexual Evaluations, and individual and Group work with adults convicted of sexual violence.

  • Karina Urrego Restrepo

    Karina Urrego Restrepo is a Colombian psychologist with a degree from the Universidad Antonio Nariño and a specialization in Clinical Psychopathology from the University of Barcelona. With over 20 years of experience in designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating community projects and programs, Karina has established herself as an expert in resource management and process structuring for nonprofit organizations.

    Having lived in the United States for 15 years, Karina is a U.S. citizen and a registered psychotherapist based in Colorado. Her work focuses on mental health and personal development, with a particular emphasis on serving Latino and immigrant communities, with a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT), process to get her Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS). Karina is bilingual and bicultural, which allows her to bridge cultural gaps and advocate effectively for marginalized groups.

    Karina actively consults for Latino organizations in Colorado, helping them with capacity building and organizational growth. She is also a member of the New Americans Advisory Committee for the State of Colorado, where she advises on policies and initiatives that support immigrant communities and the Family Voice Counsel in the State.

    As a dedicated volunteer, Karina contributes to food banks, nonprofits, and the “Not One More Deportation” project led by the American Friends Service Committee. Beyond her psychotherapy and advocacy work, she is an entrepreneur, running a party equipment rental and entertainment business in Colorado.

    Karina’s holistic approach to personal development, psychotherapy, and community leadership demonstrates her commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities. Her creativity, compassion, and entrepreneurial spirit shine in her efforts to create meaningful and lasting impacts.
